  • Check whether any wheel support in the stacker is missing or not. If yes, clear the wheels. If not, then it is ok.
  • Re-check the rotation of each and every wheel.

    • Very gently lift the printer's window.
    • Now, carefully lift the carriage towards the left of the printer.
    • Now, check all the paper path and cut with the pair of scissors, if there is any Jammed paper.
    • Now, very carefully rewind paper roll.
    • Remove all torn papers that are left in the printer.
    • Check thoroughly if any piece is left.
